Living withrestriction
Your body feels tight, guarded, or slower than it once was. We start where you actually are, and you leave knowing maneuvers you can keep doing on your own.
See what I offer →Fascial Maneuvers

Take the free guide and try three maneuvers at your desk, or have a short conversation to work out whether this is the right fit. No commitment either way.

I work with the body’s fascia: the connective web that wraps every muscle, joint, and organ. When it holds tension or old restriction, movement can feel tight, guarded, or like it isn’t quite yours. My work is about listening closely to what the body is holding and helping it find more ease.
I see people one on one, I run group sessions, and I lead workshops for groups who want to understand their bodies better. Wherever you’re starting from, I meet you there, at the pace your body can actually work with.
People arrive here from different directions. These are three of the most common.
